Two-story plantation plain style wood frame house has at least three brick chimneys. The elevated porch is covered by a shed roof, and there is crawl space under the house. The one story lean-to on the back of the house is a kitchen without a ceiling. The second floor is one room with hand-hewn exposed rafters, the wood shingles of the old roof under the later metal roof serving as the ceiling. For more information see Linley, John.
