Multi-storied brick and concrete medical complex featuring strong vertical and horizontal lines created by the contrast of concrete elements with the brick. This is the original complex that existed before Park Tower was built and the name was changed to Oconee Regional Medical Center. Founded in 1957 as Baldwin County Hospital, licensure was granted for 80 beds. New services were added as the patient base expanded, and the name was changed to Oconee Regional Medical Center in 1992. Oconee Regional Medical Center is an acute care hospital and regional trauma center, licensed for 155 beds.
