One story building of student-made brick with an attic featuring a cupola and a series of arched windows with fanlights. The arched entrance is flanked by Doric columns and has a fanlight transom. Above the entrance is a portal window in a forward facing gable. Used as the student union, the building was constructed by students in 1934 and remodeled in 1962. The student grill was enlarged, a faculty lounge was added, and the student center was established on the second floor. In 1971, the main building and south wing were remodeled at a cost of $200,000 for the Art Department. For more information see Dickey, Ouida W., ed.
