Rambling one-story with attics on a foundation of brick piers, featuring elaborate scroll saw work on porch, dormers and gables in the Swiss Chalet style. Olney Etheridge was probably the original owner. The Charles W. Dubois family owned the house from 1856 to 1944, when it was bought by Colonel Marvin W. Peck. For more information see Linley, John.
