Built circa 1920, this rectangular wood frame house features a shed roofed dormer with a pair of square ventilators and an entrance portico with entablature and pediment supported by two square columns. Wide eaves project more than a foot from the sides. The off-center placement of the entrance and the variety of window sizes lend interest to a structure that would otherwise appear cubic and plain.
