This three-story red brick building with internal and external chimneys features a three-story portico with entablature and pediment supported by four heroic Doric columns. Built by Atharates Atkinson, the Greek Revival courthouse originally housed the Masonic Lodge on its top floor. The courthouse was remodeled in 1938.
