This Victorian two-story wood frame duplex built for Harry Schroeder features a divided balcony over a divided porch and bay windows on each side of the second floor. The porch and balcony have turned posts and elaborate brackets which effect arches between the posts. The porch is reached by stairs on each side. Both balcony and porch are enclosed by a balustrade. The duplex features wide stuccoed brick chimneys with keeled projecting courses.
