Owens calls this the "Carswell House." It was moved from the southwest tything lot of Warren Square and has a lower basement and a new porch. The two-story frame house was built using a central hall plan. The house served both as a rectory for Christ Church and as a hospital when yellow fever struck Savannah in 1876.
