Three-story stuccoed brick house on a raised basement with a brick foundation, featuring a flat roof and cast iron balcony. Originally the house was only two stories with a gable slate roof and did not have the cast iron balcony. The entrance features a transom. General MacIntosh, the revolutionary war hero, was the original owner. The first constitutional session of the Georgia Legislature was held here in 1783. George Washington visited in 1791. Modern owners include Mr. Charles Robinson and his sister, Mrs. Kierman.
