The balcony is supported by square posts with both decorative scroll saw work brackets and functional straight brackets. The balcony roof is supported by delicate paired posts and brackets. The balcony entrance features sidelights and transom. The balcony is enclosed by a scroll saw work balustrade. Farm Hill was the birthplace of Corra Harris, author of _A Circuit Rider's Wife_.
