This two-story brick house with hipped roof features two-story bay windows on either side of the entrance and on the side of the house. The entrance is sheltered by a massive two-story portico with entablature. At the center of the portico is a semicircular projection topped by a balustrade. Six two-story heroic Corinthian columns support the entablature. The entrance features sidelights and transom. The hipped roof is unusually steep, and is matched in height by tall internal brick chimneys. The house was owned by the Lipscombs from 1904 to 1909.
