Built in 1907, this one-story wood frame house has an attic in a steep truncated pyramidal roof, and features three Gothic gables and a wraparound portico with a circular projection at the entrance. The portico entablature is supported by slender Corinthian columns on piers. The entrance features sidelights and transom. The two end gables feature small fanlights and the central gable, steeper than those flanking it, features a tall rectangular window with shorter windows on either side. The roof is crowned by an iron railing. Bertis and Katherine Downs are the current owners.
