- Located at: 304 Wayne Street, Eatonton, Ga.
Originally a Piedmont Plain style house built 1816-1818, which as been extensively altered and remodeled to Greek Revival. The large chimney on the west side of the house is reminiscent of its Piedmont Plain origins. In 1927, Imperial Mill altered the house to serve as a residence for its superintendents. The house is distinguished by a two-story open hall with a gallery on three sides and stained glass windows at the north end of the hall on the gallery level.
