either a loyal American or else he is
a treacherous danger - in our midst,

No man, whether he be President,
senator, congressman, cabinet member,
state official, or plain citizen, can be
loyal to the charter of the United Nations
and the flag of the United Nations with-
out subscribing to the idea of making
the United Nations Government superior
to that of the United States.

Treason to the United States is in-

wolved in making war: on the United _

States or in giving aid and comfort to

_sthe enemies of the United States.

Under the charter of the United Na-

tions, authority is granted for the main-

tenance of armed forces. Authority is

~ granted for the use of those armed forces

to maintain peace in the world. This
necessarily involves the authority to
make war on the United States if the
United Nations should decide that the

_ United States was a threat to world peace.
_ The United Nations is composed of many

countries including Russia, India, most
of Europe, and. several countries in Africa
and South America.

American citizens-who are employed
by the-United Nations are forced to sub-

- scribe to an oath as follows:

T solemnly swear to exercise, in all
loyalty, discretion and conscience, the
functions entrusted to me as a member

_ of the international service of the United:

Nations; to discharge those functions and
regulate my conduct with the interests
of the United Nations only in view, and
not to seek or:accept instructions in re-
gard to the performance of my duty from

* any, government or authority external to

the organization.

The last line of that oath specifies
that an American citizen employed by
the United Nations may not be instructed
by his own government; in a manner he

_ is superior to his own government.

Under the Constitution of the United
States, treaties entered into with foreign
countries become the paramount law of
the land. Such treaties take precedence
over the United States Constitution and
the laws of Congress. Such treaties take
precedence over state constitutions and
_ laws enacted by state legislatures. A
supreme court set up under such treaties |
will pr over the supreme

court of the United States. Under such
treaties every American may easily be-
come the subject of this foreign world
court and power. Under such treaties the
President of the United States, every

army officer, and every enlisted man,

may be forced to give first allegiance to
the flag of the United Nations. Under
such treaties every American official,
every soldier and civilian may find them-
selves charged with treason, should they

undertake to: defend the United States

against the military power of the United
Nations Organization,

It is. the knowledge of these things
that makes Washington afraid. They are

afraid to do anything in Korea without

the approval of the United Nations. The
officals of the United States Government
realize they-could easily be charged in
an international court as war criminals.
They could not object because they have
themselves set the pattern for it.

Benedict Arnold sought.to deliver the

American colonies back into the hands of
Great Britain. The internationalists in

Washington have delivered the United

States into the hands of mongrelized,

socialized, and communized peoples of all
races, nations, and tongues.

President-elect Eisenhower has com-
mitted himself to this same destroy
American policy that was instituted by
Roosevelt and continued by Truman.

This. was only to be expected because.

Eisenhower was a part and parcel of the
Roosevelt and the Truman administra-

tions. The money for the campaigns for
both Eisenhower and Stevenson was put
up by the same international money
crowd. Neither of them could have done
other than follow in the same course
laid out by internationalists, socialists
and communists. No man can serve two
masters. Either he is for the United
States as a sovereign independent nation,
depending on Almighty God for guidance
in its protection, or else he is for the
United Nations and against the sovereign

_ of any country as. against the United

Nations,

You cannot serve God and Mam-
mon.
