pCace of peace and rest, Tor He has 6uiCt a mansion
where His children xvida6ide, free from pain and
sorrow, forever at His side. He said, Hed never
Ceave us to face our trials alone, and though some-
times wefaiCHim, He neverfaiCs His own. And
even when our choices are Cess than He wouldasf^
He knows when human courage is unequaCto the
taskt We cannot judge what happens, Hough tears
and questions start- We onCy see whats visiSCe-
(jod sees into the heart. And though there may 6e
many things that we cannot explain, we can 6e
sure it 6reak His heart to see His childrens pain.
In Coving arms, He 6ears us to a quite pCace apart;
Where He mends the wounded spirit and heaCs the
6roken heart. And though the one we Cove so much
has Ceft our present sight, and passed into a Setter
world of majesty and Cight, Someday weCC 6e to-
gether in our Tathers home aSove,

Mr. Moses Walker, seventy-four years (74 yrs) of age, was
born August 19, 1934, in Augusta Georgia, to the late Moses
Walker, Sr. and Jimmie Lee Williams. He departed this life
on March 25, 2009.
At an early age, he received Jesus Christ as his personal
Lord and Savior and was baptized at Springfield Baptist
Church, in Augusta Georgia.
On June 12, 1954, he married his high school sweetheart,
Shirley M. Harley and to this union, two (2) children were
bom Moses Anthony and Shirley Elizabeth.
As a young man he had a love for music, writing and for
playing the piano, along with forming musical groups.
After relocating to Atlantic City, NJ he was drafted into the
United States Army in 1957. On completion of his tour of
duty he and his wife established themselves in New York,
NY. He followed his love for music, by becoming the road
manager for the late Mr. James Brown and the late Mr. Joe
Tex, also Mr. Solomon Burke.
It was during this time, he legally changed his name to Tony
Moses Walker. He founded Tenacious Music Company and
F&T Music Company, promoting upcoming performers.
Some of his affiliations were, BMI Music and ASCAP. Al-
though, he had other employment, his passion was music.
Tony had an indescribable love for his family, desiring al-
ways the best for them.

He leaves to cherish his passing: his loving wife, Shirley M.
Walker; two (2) children, Moses Anthony (Audrey) and
Shirley Elizabeth; two grandchildren, Tevon Anthony and
Monei Chanel; four sisters-in-law, Essie Middlebrook, Mi-
nerva Rhaney, Dorothy Madison King and Dolores Wal-
tower; all of Augusta Georgia; one brother-in-law, Reverend
Archie Waltower, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins
and other relatives and friends.
