The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.
He maketh me to lie down in green pastures:
He leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul:
He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness
FOR HIS names SAKE.
Yea, though I walk
THROUGH THE VALLEY OF THE SHADOW OF DEATH,
I WILL FEAR NO EVIL: FOR THOU ART WITH ME;
Thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me
IN THE PRESENCE OF MINE ENEMIES:
Thou anointest my head with oil;
MY CUP RUNNETH OVER.
Surely goodness and mercy
SHALL FOLLOW ME ALL THE DAYS OF MY LIFE:
AND I WILL DWELL IN THE HOUSE OF THE LORD FOR EVER.

We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.

I SAW THE EXPRESSION OF YOUR FACE - PAIN AND TIREDNESS. As I STOOD BY YOUR BED, I WISHED I COULD
SHARE YOU PAIN. BEING THE LOVING AND CARING AUNT, I THOUGHT TO GIVE YOU SOME SPOONS OF WATER. As
I STARTED TO LEAVE YOUR BEDSIDE, I HEARD A QUIET AND SOFT VOICE WHISPER, YOU HAVE DONE ALL YOU CAN.
I HAVE A BETTER PLACE FOR HIM. I WAS RELIEVED TO HEAR THAT YOU WERE NOT ALONE. GOD SAW THAT YOU
WERE WEARY AND TIRED. He DID WHAT He THOUGHT WAS BEST. STANDING BY YOUR BEDSIDE, He WHISPERED
softly, Come with Me. I will give you rest. You did not say a word of farewell, not even a
goodbye. Only God knows why it broke my heart to lose you. I know you are not alone. Now you
are with God, your family and your friends. God gave me strength to bear your parting. I am sure
I WILL JOIN YOU IN THE CITY NOT MADE BY MAN. - YOUR AUNT, ELOUISE FRAZIER TUCKER

Please dont say that I gave up, just say that I
GAVE IN; dont SAY I LOST THE BATTLE, FOR IT WAS
Gods war to lose or win; please dont say how
GOOD I WAS, BUT THAT I DID MY BEST; JUST SAY I TRIED
TO DO WHATS RIGHT, TO GIVE THE MOST I COULD,
NOT LESS; PLEASE DONT GIVE ME WINGS OR HALOS,
thats for God to do; I want no more than I
DESERVE, NO EXTRAS, JUST MY DUE; PLEASE DONT GIVE
FLOWERS, OR TALK IN REAL HUSHED TONES; DONT BE
CONCERNED ABOUT ME NOW, I m WELL WITH GOD,
Ive made it home; dont talk about what could
HAVE BEEN, ITS OVER AND Its DONE, JUST SEE TO ALL
MY FAMILYS NEEDS, ESPECIALLY THE LITTLE ONES;
WHEN YOU DRAW A PICTURE OF ME, DONT DRAW ME
as a saint; Ive done some good, Ive done some
WRONG SO, USE ALL YOUR PAINT; NOT JUST THE BRIGHT
AND LIGHT TONES, USE SOME GRAY AND DARK; IN FACT,
dont PUT ME DOWN ON CANVAS, PAINT ME IN YOUR
heart; dont just remember the good times, but
REMEMBER ALL THE BAD; FOR LIFE IS FULL OF MANY
THINGS, SOME HAPPY AND SOME SAD, BUT IF YOU MUST
DO SOMETHING THEN I HAVE ONE REQUEST: FORGIVE
ME FOR THE WRONGS IVE DONE, AND WITH THE LOVE
thats left, thank God for my souls resting.
Thank God for Ive been blessed, thank God for
ALL WHO LOVED ME, PRAISE GOD WHO LOVED ME BEST.
Ecclesiastes 2:1-8,17, 20-22 (NIV)
There is a time for everything, and a season for
EVERY ACTIVITY UNDER THE HEAVENS: A TIME TO BE
BORN AND A TIME TO DIE, A TIME TO PLANT AND A
TIME TO UPROOT, A TIME TO KILL AND A TIME TO HEAL,
A TIME TO TEAR DOWN AND A TIME TO BUILD, A TIME
TO WEEP AND A TIME TO LAUGH, A TIME TO MOURN
AND A TIME TO DANCE, A TIME TO SCATTER STONES
AND A TIME TO GATHER THEM, A TIME TO EMBRACE
AND A TIME TO REFRAIN FROM EMBRACING, A TIME TO
SEARCH AND A TIME TO GIVE UP, A TIME TO KEEP AND
A TIME TO THROW AWAY, A TIME TO TEAR AND A TIME
TO MEND, A TIME TO BE SILENT AND A TIME TO SPEAK,
A TIME TO LOVE AND A TIME TO HATE, A TIME FOR WAR
AND A TIME FOR PEACE. I SAID TO MYSELF, GOD WILL
BRING INTO JUDGMENT BOTH THE RIGHTEOUS AND
THE WICKED, FOR THERE WILL BE A TIME FOR EVERY
ACTIVITY, A TIME TO JUDGE EVERY DEED. All GO TO
THE SAME PLACE; ALL COME FROM DUST, AND TO DUST
ALL RETURN. WHO KNOWS IF THE HUMAN SPIRIT RISES
UPWARD AND IF THE SPIRIT OF THE ANIMAL GOES DOWN
INTO THE EARTH? So I SAW THAT THERE IS NOTHING
BETTER FOR A PERSON THAN TO ENJOY THEIR WORK,
BECAUSE THAT IS THEIR LOT. FOR WHO CAN BRING
THEM TO SEE WHAT WILL HAPPEN AFTER THEM?

Dont grieve for me, for now Im free. Im following
the path God laid for me. I took His hand when I
HEARD HIM CALL; I TURNED MY BACK AND LEFT IT ALL. I
COULD NOT STAY ANOTHER DAY, TO LAUGH, TO LOVE, TO
WORK OR PLAY. TASKS LEFT UNDONE MUST STAY THAT WAY;
I FOUND THAT PLACE AT THE CLOSE OF DAY. If MY PARTING
HAS LEFT A VOID, THEN FILL IT WITH REMEMBERED JOY.
A FRIENDSHIP SHARED, A LAUGH, A KISS; OH YES, THESE
THINGS, I TOO WILL MISS. Be NOT BURDENED WITH TIMES
OF SORROW. I WISH YOU THE SUNSHINE OF TOMORROW. My
LIFES BEEN FULL, I SAVORED MUCH; GOOD FRIENDS, GOOD
TIMES, A LOVED ONES TOUCH. PERHAPS MY TIME SEEMS
all too brief; dont LENGTHEN IT NOW WITH UNDUE
grief. Lift up your heart and share with me, God
WANTED ME NOW, He SET ME FREE.
Farewell my family, dont weep, for Im at peace now,
just asleep. Farewell my family, Im not alone. The
Mighty Maker has led me safely home. Just think
BACK OVER THE MANY YEARS, HOW THE FAMILY SEEMED
SO STRONG, HOLDING BACK TEARS. YET GOD SOMEHOW
ALWAYS MADE A WAY AND I THANKED HlM EVERY NIGHT FOR
ANOTHER DAY. Be GOOD MY FAMILY, ALWAYS LOVE EACH
other. Be strong my family, strong in heart. The
BLOOD TIES, NO ONE CAN EVER PART. AND IF SOMEWHERE
I MADE A MISTAKE AS YOU LIVE MANY WILL YOU MAKE.
Farewell my family, Ive been called away. Walk
with God, trust in God each and every day.
