Jesse Josey
was raiscd in Augusta, Georgia where High School. While in high school,
he he
attended T. W. played football
--
and track and field excelling at the triple jump. Jesse marred
his high school sweetheart (Beatrice) and from this union, one
child was born, Charlita.
Jesse Doris
later moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he met Rodriguez and from this union three children werc born,
Jessica, Jamie and Giovanni. During his time in Philadelphia,
he worked at Sandmeyer Steel Company. In 1988, he moved
his family back to Augusta, Georgia. Once he moved back
started his own business as a independent contractor.
Jesse is preceded in death by his Parents, Walter and Louise
Nunnally and a brother, Willie Nunnally.
Jesse leaves to cherish his memories: four children; Charlita
N. Nunnally, Chesterfield, Virginia, Jessica (Gerald) Curry, North Augusta, SC, Jamie (Eugene) Rogers, Fayetteville, NC, and Giovanni Nunnally, Appling, GA. He also leaves behind
his grandchildren Jasmine, Dezmadi, Fernando, Tatiana,
Gabriel, Giovanni and one great grandchild, Brooklyn. Two
sisters; Jeannette Hall, & Vanessa Hookfin, both Augusta,
GA. Twin brothers; Ned (Glady) Nunnally, Augusta, GA. &
Ted Nunnally, Warrenton, GA. And a host of nieces,
nephews, cousins and friends.
