Zandra graduated from Westside High School and enlisted inthe
United States Army after becoming a loving mother to Leo. After
her military service ended, Zandra attended Augusta Technical
_ College where she earned a degree in accounting. Her final
_ employment was with the Richmond County Board of Education,
where she worked as a dedicated Title 1A bookkeeper.

She was baptized at Elim Baptist Church where she served with a
dedicatiaondn passion that displayed her lovoef our Lord and
Savior and the church.

Zandra's desire was to serve the Lord with all her heart and soul,
to love and take care of her family, to take pride in doing her job, to:
enjoy the company of her friends and to live lifteo the fullest.In
the years that she was given, Zandra did them all. She made the
best of the time and the circumstances that she was given and _
NEVER complained. A beautiful life well lived.
_ She is survived by the one dearest to her heart, her son, Leo
Holland; her parents, Danita Thomas and Bernard Gaines, Sr.; a eg
sister, Shanta Thomas, her brothers, Derrick Thomas, Rico
_ Brandon, Aaron Gaines, Bernard Gaines, Jr., Michael Gaines and
_ Antoine Harris; her best friends, Portia Cook and Paula Palmer -- 7
Stephens and Michelle Jones. Zandra also leaves to mourn her _ passing numerous uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, cousins, friends, _ church members and coworkers. She was preceded in death by her _
grandparents, Jeanette Stanley, Lenon and Betty Gaines and her
aunt, Teresa Dent. _
