CHANDRA VETTA "VEE" "ETTA"' COTHRON was born April 5, 1958, at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, to the late SFC (Retired) William McKinley Cothron, Sr. and Mamie Lois Wright Cothron. She departed this life on Monday, July 13, 2020, at University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia.

She was employed by the Army and Air Force Exchange Services (AAFES) at Fort Gordon, Georgia. She was also employed by the BI-LO Corporation until April 2019. She graduated from Glenn Hills High School on June 2, 1977, and received an Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Development from Augusta Technical Community College
in Augusta, Georgia.

She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age in Augusta, Georgia, and attended the First Mount Moriah Baptist Church. "Etta," "Vee," "Auntie," "Grandma, and "Mommy" will truly be missed for her great sense of humor, love, and loyalty to all.

Chandra was preceded in death by: one granddaughter, London Paige Harris; brother, Lamar "Lucky" Hill; and sisters, Phyllis L. Cothron-Pierce and Marie Cothron.

She leaves to cherish her memories: long-time companion, Samuel Lee Avery, Sr; one daughter, Shayla La' Nece Cothron-Avery; four grandsons, Chrishard Elijah CothronAvery, Cameron Kali Wilkes, Breylin Zaire Cothron-Avery and Landon Felix Harris; two brothers, William "Kenny" McKinley Cothron, Jr. of Dallas, Texas and Alvin "Stan" (Rhonda) Cothron of Columbia, South Carolina; three sisters, Doris "Dee Dee" Cothron of Augusta, Georgia, Gloria "Glo" Cothron-Hilton of Fayetteville, North Carolina and Sharon Cothron-Hammond of Augusta, Georgia; one great-aunt, Marie Wright; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.

TLL JUST WAIT IN HEAVEN, TILL WE MEET AGAIN. I KNOW YOU MISS ME,
JUST REMEMBER I AM FREE. FREE FROM PAIN AND SORROW, GOD'S LOVE FILLS EACH TOMORROW.
My LOVE IS IN YOUR HEART, WE'LL NEVER BE APART.
CHERISH THE LOVE WE SHARE, REMEMBER HOW MUCH I CARE. SOMEDAY WE LL BE TOGETHER, BECAUSE LOVE LIVES FOREVER. So, [LL JUST WAIT IN HEAVEN,
TILL WE MEET AGAIN.
