He united with the New Salem (Baptist Church and served under (pastor (R^ L. (Reynolds.
He married the [ate Sarah Lizzie (Blacfcwell in Octo6erofl938 and to this union nine children were Born. Two children, flndrewLee (Bfac^mon andWilma (Ross, and five Brothers preceded him in death.
