Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto
thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge
him, and he shall direct thy paths.

THE LIFE OF
KAMERON MILES BEASLEY, was bom on July 14, 2004 to
Mr. and Mrs. L. Kelsey Beasley. Kameron confessed his life and
spirit to Christ at the young age of five at Jerusalem Baptist
Church where he was baptized by Reverend Beotis Clark, Jr.
Kameron was very active in the Youth Ministry at Jerusalem as
well as other extracurricular activities at his school.
Kameron was an eighth-grade student at Augustus R.
Johnson Health Science and Engineering Magnet School.
He participated with the golf and math teams, and over the
years was actively involved in the Helen Ruffin Reading Bowl,
Student Council, and served as a Red Cross Volunteer for the
Youth Summit.
Kameron was known to be very crafty and accelerated beyond
his years, thus it is no doubt that he was identified through the
Gifted Education Department in the Richmond County School
System. Because of Kamerons dedication to his academic
studies and his scholastic talent, he also received the honor of
being a student in the Duke Talent Identification Program.
Kameron enjoyed sports and many other activities. His favorite
NCAA team was The University of Alabama- Roll Tide!
Kameron played baseball with the Augusta Richmond County
Recreation Department and made the All-Star Baseball Team.
One of his favorite sayings among his peers was, You cant
guard me! Kameron was an astute piano student under the
direction of Mrs. Judith Ruffin. He also had strong interests in
Spanish, Science, and Math. If words alone could adequately
describe Kameron, clever, witty, intuitive, technologically
savvy, and stealthy would just begin to characterize his spirit
and personality.
Kameron was a young man with an old soul. He enjoyed
watching the morning news with his dad- Big Kelsey would
drink coffee while Kameron sipped hot cocoa. Kameron
found joy and pleasure in pastimes such as bonding with his
grandparents and he enjoyed being in the kitchen with his
Big Mama. Because of the relationships Kameron cultivated
with his more seasoned family members, it is no surprise that
he developed a love for vegetables such as squash, corn, greens,
and pinto beans to name a few.
Kameron leaves to cherish his life: his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L.
Kelsey (Shea) Beasley; two loving brothers, Anthony T. Staten,
and Kelsey M. Beasley; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Jesse (Von)
Beasley and Ms. Alenithia Jackson; aunts, Ms. Porsha Beasley,
Elboni (Marcus) Walker and Brigette (Terry) Mims; uncles,
Mr. FaMour Blount, Mr. DeAndre (Tonethia) Beasley and Mr.
Alex (Lisa) Lidell; godparents, Georgeanne and Voncile Butler
and Barbara Smith; and a host of other cousins, family member
and friends.
3: /-8
To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose
under the heaven: A time to be born, and a time to die; a time
to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted; A time
to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time
to build up; A time to weep,
and a time to laugh; a time to
mourn, and a time to dance;
A time to cast away stones,
and a time to gather stones
together; a time to embrace,
and a time to refrain from
embracing; A time to gain,
and a time to lose; a time
to keep, and a time to cast
away; A time to tear, and a
time to sew; a time to keep
silence, and a time to speak;
A time to love, and a time
to hate; a time of war, and a
time of peace.
Kameron,
