- Letter from the manager of the Standard Film Company (M. Kobee?) to the gentlemen of the Douglass Theatre, dated May 26th, 1924, regarding a delivery of films. The letter describes the contents of a delivery of single-reel African American comedies for the month of June 1924, including Janitor, Black and Tan Mix Up, Bully, and Black Sherlock Holmes. All four films were produced by the white-owned, Chicago-based Ebony Film Company in 1918.
