This agreement made in duplicate between Ben Stein party of the first part and Texas Tanner party of the second Part.

Tanner agrees to fight Eddie Cox of Atlanta a ten round Boxing Bout at the Douglass Theater On October 19th or any opponnent [opponent] Said Stein Picks should Cox fail to arrive in time for fight.

For the above said fight Ben Stein Agrees[deleted text: s] to Pay said Texas Tanner the Sum of $40.00 Fourty [Forty] Dollars or the privalege [privilege] of Taking 30% of the Boxes share of the Receipts Namely 50% of the Gross receipts of said Boxing Contest.]
