gage including briefcases, portfolios, parcels, camera equipment and similar
articles whether carried in the cabin or checked in cargo compartment.
EXCESS BAGGAGE may be accepted, space and weight permitting. The follow-

Domestic: One half ('h) of one per cent of the full First Class adult
one-way fare per pound.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION. Scheduled facilities have been arranged for the
convenience of passengers. Delta itself does not operate such service.
RESERVATIONS: All seats are reserved, and a reservation is tentative until a
confirmed ticket has been purchased. Passengers are urged to make reservations
and purchase tickets well in advance.
FLORIDA RECONFIRMATION. Your reservation will be cancelled, even though
you hold a ticket, unless you reconfirm . You MUST RECONFIRM at each city in
Florida where you hold a reserva tion on a flight scheduled to leave more than
12 hours after your pl a nned arrival in that city. This applies whether you are
arriving by air or other means.
TO RECONFIRM simply inform the airline at the city in Florida where you
are boarding your flight of your intention to use your reservation . Do this on
arrival or at your earliest convenience, but be sure to reconfirm at least six
hours before scheduled flight departure.
RECONFIRMATION ELSEWHERE. Other airlines may apply this ruling in
accordance with t heir own pol icy. It is recommended that you always contact the
airline on which you will depart at t.he city where you hold continuing or return
space .
BAGGAGE PERSONAL EFFECTS, AND MERCHANDISE-INTERNATIONAL. Resi-
dents of U
. S., reg a rdless of d tizenship, are permitted to bring $200 worth of
merchandise acquired outside country, duty free , if they have been out of coun-
try for at least forty-eight hours , or $500 in merchand ise if they have been out of
country for period longer than twelve days (latter allowance is permitted on ly
once everv six months), provided it is for their own person a l use or that of
members of their immedia te families. Families may pool this a llowance. All of
the foregoing allow-:1 nces limit each passenger to one gallon of spirits and one
