Havana
JUST OVER THE HORIZON FROM U. S. you land on an
island where they speak Spanish, dance rumbas, drink
"ron," eat arroz con po/lo, grow sugar cane and worry
about absolutely nothing. That's Cuba.
4 Days, Nights
On a neighboring island British accents mix with East
Indian dialects. Traffic's on the left, tea's at four. Calypso
fills the air; coconuts and coffee cover blue mountains;
bamboo rafts drift downstream. That's Jamaica.
Another step and there's the sound of French, Creole
patois and voodoo drums. Africa and Europe are mixed
up with coq au vin and mango pie, mahogany forests and
resurgent primitive art. That's Haiti.
On the same island is the Dominican Republic, land
that Columbus loved ... to Puerto Rico with rain forests
and phosphorescent bays and old Spanish ways ... to the
Virgin Islands where Danes and Dutch and pirates left
their marks and the best wares of the world are sold at
tax-free, duty-free, customs-free prices.
COMPLETE PACKAGE VACATION INCLUDES
Round-trip air fare, airport transfers, room and bath (two per
room). Meals in flight and in Jamaica and Haiti. Excursions, ex-
cept in Jamaica. Packages of four to six days in Cuba, Jamaica,
Haiti, Dominican Republic or Puerto Rico.
