Atlanta sculptor and art instructor Curtis Patterson gives a slide lecture on sculpture at the Neighborhood Arts Center on March 23, 1978 as part of the National Conference of Artists' twentieth anniversary conference in Atlanta. The National Conference of Artists supports African American art and culture. On the day of Patterson's lecture, it also held workshops at the Neighborhood Arts Center in silkscreen, portfolios, audio-visual art, health hazards, and "Afro-Raku" ceramic firing.
