Don 't grieve for me, for now I 'm f ree I'm f ollowing the path God laidfor me I took His hand when I heard Him call
I turned my back and left it all I could not stay another day To laugh, to love, to work or p lay Tasks l~ft undone must stay that way I fo und that peace at the close ofthe day
Ifmy parting has left a void
Then fill it with rememberedj oy A frie ndship shared, a laugh, a kiss Ah, yes these things, I too will miss Be not burdened with times ofsorrow I wish you the sunshine oftomorrow My life's been full, I've savored much Goodfriends, good times, a loved one's touch Perhaps my time seemed all too brief Don't lengthen it now with undue grief Lift up your heart and share with me God wanted me now, He set me free!

"For I am now ready be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a goodfight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith; henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day; and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
