Georgia, Fulton County, to the late Johnny James Neal, Sr. and Mrs. Fannie Lou (Mitchell) Neal. He was called home to be with parents and brother, Johnny James Neal, Jr. on May 24, 2006. 
 
He attended Washington High School in Atlanta, Georgia. 
 
Mr. Clarence Neal enlisted in the United States Army during the Korean 
 
War and He was a recipient of numerous medals; Korean Service

Medal, United Nations (Germany); He (PFC) 
 
Service Medal was honorably 
 
Discharged as he served his country for three years. 
 
Mr. Neal worked diligently and retired from Terminal Transport Trucking Company for 28 years and was an active member of Terry Street Baptist Church serving as Deacon until his health declined. 
 
Clarence was a person who lived life to the fullest despite his illness. Cigar as he was affectionately known, learned early in life to take each day as it came no matter what challenges he had to face. He was a great father who loved and provided for us all. Recently, the most wonderful time in his life is when he found out he had a son, Tony Murray, Sr. he never knew. Thank you God for giving him a chance to know him! 
 
He leaves to cherish his memory, one daughter, Sandra Warner Ingram (Baker, Jr.); two sons, Samuel Warner, Sr. {Thera) and Tony Murray, Sr.; eight grandchildren, Robert, Lisa (Sidney), Baker, III., (Carla), Samuel, Jr., Brittany and Tony, Jr.; six great granddaughters, Lindsey, Lauren, Leah, Cayla, Caysi and Caylin; one great grandson, Caleb; one aunt, Ernestine Mitchell; cousins, Clara Ruth Neal, Reverend Rebeca Murray (Pete) and Geraldine Johnson (Willie); a very special person in his life who he considered a sister in every way; Evelyn Ware and last but not least Reverend Anderson C. Cotton who was closer than a brother and a host of other relatives and friends. 
 
"For I am now ready be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand. I have fought a goodfight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith; henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day; and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing. "
