Mr. William Preston Grogan, Jr. born in Roswell, GA on July 24, 1927 to Willie Preston Grogan Jr. and Mamie Lee Strickland Grogan. As a young man he attended Washington High School where he met his flrst wife Mable Adeline Green. From this union he was blessed with a daughter and son, Martha Rachel Grogan and William Preston Grogan III.
William following the career path of his father worked as a master
dry cleaner and fabric weaver over the years for several high end es-
tablishments in greater Atlanta.
He was preceded in death by wife, parents, son, and granddaughter Minka Rachelle Grogan.
Mr. Grogan is survived by daughter; Martha Rachel Grogan; Granddaughters; Anita Grogan, Tonya Grogan, Lisa Grogan and Shonda Grogan. 22 great-grandchildren, 13 great-great grandchildren, a daughter in law Mary Louise Woods Grogan and a host of other relatives and friends.
