The following text appears at the top of the card: I’m afraid you’ll have to be vaccinated in the basement, Madam! Not me! On my arm or nowhere! The card is signed D. Tempest. Douglas Tempest (1887 – 1954) began work designing comic images for Bamforth & Co in 1912. He always signed his artwork 'D. TEMPEST', No descriptive text on reverse.
