- Postcard (color, linen textured, white border, divided back, 3 1/2 x 5 1/2 inches) of the Jefferson Davis Memorial Monument in Irwinville, Ga. Text on reverse: "Jefferson Davis Memorial State Park on State Highway No. 32, at Irwinville, near Tifton, GA. Erected by the State of Georgia, Dec. 6th, 1935, marking the historic site where Jefferson Davis, President of the Confederate States of America, was made a prisoner of war by Federal forces, May 10th, 1865. This park is a shrine for all Southerners." Postage required 1 cent stamp.
