Segmented arched windows (1/1 lights) on 2nd level. Modern street level storefront. Brick piers and bays along facade. Good condition. Date of Construction: c. 1895. 1895 - drugs store and dry goods. 1899 - Quarterman and Jelks drug store. 1912 - Powers and Co. General Store. W.W. Williams Dry Goods. Significant as part of a potential National Register district, a downtown district along Screven Ave. Mostly 19th century buildings.
