- A black and white photograph of John Long's house on Temple and Villa Road. This is where John Long and his family lived until 1827. It is also the birthplace of his son, Benjamin McFarland Long--the first white child born in Carroll County, Georgia. The family later moved to their other home on Longview Street in Carrollton, Georgia.
