The clips begin with a close up shot of two drums and a pair of maracas on the ground. A black woman in a bikini top holds up a pair of flowered shorts and says, "Your calypso costume, Governor." The shot widens to show palm trees and what may be poles and a crossbar for a limbo game in the background, and a crouching white man in long underwear (apparently Governor Lester Maddox), who is depicted asking, "Do you have something that covers the knees?"
