- In this series of WSB-TV newsfilm clips from July 13, 1967, 1967 Miss Tall Atlanta Betty Zane Smith competes in the 1967 Miss Tall Universe Pageant, in Atlanta, Georgia.
The first clips show the 1966 pageant winner (the pageant was called Miss Tall North America the previous year), Adria Easton, seated on a throne-like chair on a stage.
In the next clip, members of the all or predominantly white audience are seen, most prominently an unidentified white man who smokes a cigar.
The next clip shows an unidentified white woman on the runway. Her sash identifies her as representing San Francisco.
In the next clip, members of the audience are seen once more.
