- In this series of WSB newsfilm clips from June 16, 1967, of the opening of the Six Flags amusement park. The clips begin with a shot of the flags flying over the park. This is followed by a shot of the log flume water ride. Next, there is a series of shots of the sky bucket ride. The point of view shifts to inside a sky bucket. From this vantage point the train ride can be seen below. This is followed by a shot of a park worker manning the antique car ride. Multiple shots of patrons and employees in the park are shown next. The final shots include workers sweeping the walkways and people exiting the park.
