- In this short series of WSB-TV newsfilm clips, WSB-TV reporter Joel Abrams interviews U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Assistant Secretary Dwight A. Ink regarding Atlanta's proposals for federal aid in redevelopment. In the first clip, Mr. Ink comments about driving through the area and seeing the people and the houses clearly explained the reasons behind the proposal and the thinking that supported the application. Reporter Abrams, in the second clip, asks Mr. Ink to compare Atlanta's proposal to other cities. The third clip has Mr. Ink's response is that he would not begin to comment on the quality of one city's proposal versus another's.Based on reporting from The Atlanta Constitution, this interview was done during the Southern Regional Conference on Urbanization held at the Marriott Motor Hotel.
