- In this series of WSB newsfilm clips, a Salvation Army spokesman, identified as Bill, is speaking on a loudspeaker and being interviewed by an unidentified reporter about Christmas giving. The clips begin with Bill speaking into a a microphone, encouraging passersby to donate to the Salvation Army. This is followed by Bill being interviewed. He talks about a man donating eleven cents. His point is that any donation helps. Next he talks about how donations are behind because of bad weather. This is followed by more clips of Bill on the loud speaker. Bill then tells the reporter of a little girl approaching him and talking about Jesus. He also gives an address that donations can be mailed to. The clips end with an unidentified man scraping ice off of his car and more Salvation Army volunteers standing in front of store fronts.
