- In this series of WSB newsfilm clips, people are being rescued from flood waters. The clips begin with flood waters flowing over some rocks. After this some men are seen carrying a row boat into the water. This is followed by a shot of an amphibious vehicle arriving to rescue flood victims. Children are carried to the vehicle my military personnel. The clips end with more victims being rescued from a flooded house.
