Next, reporter Carl Sell is shown interviewing Georgia Tech football coach Leon H. "Bud" Carson at the Georgia Tech football stadium. This segment has audio and begins at about 1:55. Sell and Carson discuss Tech's 1970 football season and the prospects for the current year's season. Carson believes that Renso Perdoni will be difficult to replace, but feels the team has great potential and depth on offense this season. The next segment covers the U.S. Women's Amateur golf match, held at the Atlanta Country Club in Atlanta, Georgia. This segment does not have audio. Shots of spectators, caddies, and reporters are interspersed with shots of the competitors. Particular focus is given to competitors Laura Baugh and Beth Barry. The final segment contains highlights of a baseball game between the Atlanta Braves and St. Louis Cardinals in Atlanta. This segment has no audio.
