- In this series of WSB-TV newfilm clips (No date) at a dog pound, probably in Georgia, the clips begin by showing the legs and feet of an unidentified person, probably a member of the WSB-TV film crew or an employee of the dog pound, walking over a concrete floor. The next clips show the dogs at the pound. The floors of the dogs' enclosures appear to be made of concrete, and the enclosures are made of chain link. At least part of the enclosures are located outdoors. Dogs bark throughout. Some dogs wag their tails and/or approach the camera as the camera comes near them. At one point, an unidentified person whistles, and an unidentified male voice says, "Hey! You!" Later, another unidentified person speaks unintelligibly.
