- In this series of WSB newsfilm clips from sometime in March of 1978, reporter Terry Casey is at a hospital interviewing attorney Gene Reeves about the Larry Flynt shooting incident. The clips begin with a police officer standing guard at Mr. Reeves' room. This is followed by Mr. Reeves being interviewed by reporter Terry Casey. Mr. Reeves talks about the mail he has received and about whether or not he thinks Mr. Flynt would have one his trial. Mr. Casey the asks Mr. Reeves if he thinks Mr. Flynt's upcoming trial in Fulton County, Georgia will also be affected by the shootings. Mr. Reeves isn't sure since a different prosecutors are involved. He speaks specifically about Hinson McCauliffe in the Fulton County case. This is followed by clips of a police officer sitting outside of Reeves' room. Next two men walk down the hall near the room. Next are clips outside of the hospital. Terry Casey ends the segment by addressing the camera outside of the hospital. He talks about Mr. Reeves being anxious to go home.
