- In this series of WSB-TV newsfilm clips from May 12, 1958, Secretary of State John Foster Dulles exits an airplane and speaks to reporters about disarmament negotiations. He says that an agreement on nuclear arms control lies at the heart of the disarmament problem. He warns against being overly-optimism in regards to nuclear arms negotiations. He is asked about anti-American demonstrations in Lebanon and South America and says with sufficient money and propaganda, such demonstrations can be organized anywhere.
