- In this series of WSB newsfilm clips from December 3, 1975, from Atlanta, Georgia, attorney George J. Parnham comments on the bond that has been set for his client, William A. H. Williams, who is accused of the kidnapping of Atlanta Constitution editor Reg Murphy.
The clip is divided into two segments, part one and b-roll. Part one begins with a shot of George J. Parnham, who is seated in an office. He says, "I believe the initial bond is still in effect. Certainly, it would be, and I'm sure of this, would be the wishes of Williams to request a bond reduction and a resaonable bail set. No motion has been filed at this time on behalf of Mr. Williams, pursuant to..." At this point, the clip cuts to a wider shot of Parnham, who is seated at a desk with other unidentified people standing and sitting around him. Parnham appears to be speaking at this point, but no audio is heard for several seconds. As the clips end, Parnham says, "I would feel..."
The second segment of the clip is b-roll, during which two unidentified white males, one standing and one sitting, and one seated unidentified white female are shown in the office where Parnham is being interviewed. From off camera, Parnham is heard saying, "Would not, would not like to comment on that particular area."
