- Word family on porch of Fair Oak in Hogansville, this house was built on the site of William Hogan's home. Standing on steps, left to right, are Martha and Shadrach Hogan with young William Maynard Reid in front of them, Rebecca Hogan Amis, Virginia Hogan Stevenson, Elizabeth Hogan Montgomery, and Susannah Belcher Hogan, widow of William Hogan, seated in the center. On the right are Minerva Hogan Pullin, an unidentified woman, Eugenia Pullin Word, builder of the home and her children Marybeth and Herbert Word
