- Designed by Hoggson Brothers of New York City, this downtown landmark was built in 1917. Fuller E. Callaway, Sr., had his offices on the third floor. It was occupied the Citizens and Southern Bank from 1939 to 1963. It wa converted into the Troup County Archives in 1983.
