- Nannie Holt Abraham (10/29/1864 - 01/13/1937) was the daughter of Maj. Anderson D. Abraham, Jr. and and Mary Jane Parham. She was the first woman to serve on the LaGrange Board of Education. Nannie was married to Cornelius Vanderbilt Truitt and is buried in Hillview Cemetery.
