- Henry James Rogers was born on 20 March 1787, in Wilkes, Georgia, United States, his father, Reuben Rogers, was 51 and his mother, Temperance James, was 35. He married Allelujah Love. He lived in Putnam, Georgia, United States in 1820 and Troup, Georgia, United States in 1830. He died on 18 September 1835, in LaGrange, Troup, Georgia, United States, at the age of 48, and was buried in Rogers Cemetery, LaGrange, Troup, Georgia.
