- This collection consists of one scrapbook in which area recipients of the Eagle Scout Award recorded their thoughts on “What Scouting Means to Me.” In most instances a photograph of the Scout, his troop number, sponsor, city and date of award is given. Some Scouts also received the Silver Scout Award, the 2nd highest achievement and advancement in a given year.
