- The majority of this collection consists of cost projections, bids and estimates for supplies for construction of homes and businesses in Troup County. There is also information on the work of the Civilian Defense in Troup County during World War II and Defense Department publications relating to local security. Information on the organization of Civilian Defense units in LaGrange, West Point and Hogansville and their financial records for the years 1941-1945 is included. Personal and Rotary Club photographs and correspondence, as well as Hutchinson’s Rotary Club President’s scrapbook, are also contained in the collection.
